okmesonet: Retrieve Oklahoma Mesonet climatological data

okmesonet retrieves and summarizes Oklahoma (USA) Mesonet climatological data provided by the Oklahoma Climatological Survey. Measurements are recorded every five minutes at approximately 120 stations throughout Oklahoma and are available in near real-time.
